Yeah, great viewing, everything that Channel 4 isn't. Racing should be fun which Big Mac and Chapman always guarantee. Channel 4 coverage needs to go back to how it used to be.
Sad to see the Fly retire but not unexpected. One of those horses you would actually pay money to see race. Leaves me with some great Cheltenham memories.

She didnt kick on from her july cup win, she'll get a job on at the races or something.
Dirty little slag by all accounts.
She anout hurricane fly, superb horse...backed him pretty much everytime he ran and saw him in the flesh at leopardstown.

The Fly retired as well?? Blimey... Mullins always said he was too scared to retire him as he would kick down the paddock... never have I ever seen a bigger will to win than in that horse (maybe Giants Causeway on the flat?) .... even though a dual CH champ at Chelts he never rose to the heights of his P'town form... which was just incredible... a truly magnificent warrior of a horse
